Through ESO, Manteca Federated Members have the opportunity to continue their education as they participate, at their own pace, in the sorority’s own Reading Program.
Manteca Federated Women's ESO group puts a great deal of effort towards the education of others by providing our programs to the public.
Founded in 1928 by Mrs. Quincey A. Meyers and assisted by the Indiana University, ESO became an honorary sorority adopted by GFWC/CFWC in the 1950’s, becoming part of the GFWC’s ‘Continuing Education Department’.
